Prepare Hardware
For physical audio gear, ensure all original packaging, cables, and manuals are included and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware or verify the digital license deactivation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
